What you will be doing in your new role as Customer Care Advisor?

At First Locate you will be at the front end of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for helping our clients regain payments from their customers. Your role will be to discuss accounts with customers over the phone, negotiating and problem solving when customer has an outstanding account.

You’ll make and answer calls from our customers, take them through security and deal with their requests. These requests could be anything from wanting to pay a bill by card, wanting to set up a payment plan to spread the cost or wanting to resolve a query.

When will you be expected to work?

We have full time Customer Care roles available working 16-22 hours per week.

Shifts will be core business hours: Examples: 4pm – 8pm Monday To Friday and 8am – pm Saturday. These are dependent on business needs at the time of your offer of employment
